I have over 25 years of experience working regionally and nationally as an art teacher, artist, curator and gallery owner. Bringing this knowledge and experience to my brokerage practice, I can draw on a vast network to find or commission the right art work for your project. With my gallery and curating experience, I can work with you to select and hand a cohesive collection of art that complements and enhances the space and furnishings. I have a functional understanding of most art media and can advise on the durability and longevity of different pieces.

Art curating and management experience:

Co- Curator / Juried Show Manager, Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts  Special Exhibit (2010)

  • Helped organize all aspects of the event in coordination with festival committee, head curator and PR staff.
  • Selected artists invited to show at the event from across the country as well as show jurors.
  • Selected panelists and panel discussion topics.
  • Coordinated with media, giving TV and newspaper interviews to promote the event.
  • Helped oversee art delivery, including uncrating, quality control inspection and installation of art.
  • Organized and led guided art tours.

Gallery Owner/Director, CUBE Gallery (2008-2009)

  • Selected showing artists and organized show schedules.
  • Organized seasonal juried shows.
  • Managed all gallery operations, including sales, marketing and accounting.

President, Oregon Chapter International Encaustic Artists (2008-2009)
